How to organize a successful event

7. The script of the function as well as presentations. During any privatfest or a conference, the presentations made by the participants or the speech delivered by the concerned people, have to be carefully prepared and analyzed. 8. Catering- logistics including the catering have to be carefully planned and arranged. It is totally the responsibility of the event bureau.
9. Entertainment and visits to the interesting places- If it is a conference extending for some days, the time after the conference has to be well planned with entertainment events or get togethers. This is also a key part of the conference to ensure the candidates’ interest.
