Convergenace of physical and IT security
Due to the changing socio-economic environment,the need for integrated security systems is greater than ever before.Traditionally,physical security has been the dominant form of security in USA.in the few decades ,the advent of multinationals and increasing terrorist attacks have driven the need for electronic security systems.At the same time ,IP networks are becoming ubiquitous .Maintaining two different networks means more maintenance cost.Therefore there is a greater need for integrated systems.
